I want to order a gift for Christmas. When do I need to place my order by?
To have the best chance at you receiving your order in time for Christmas, we need all orders to be placed by DECEMBER 13, 2021. We will do our best with any orders placed after December 13, but we can't make any promises.
Can you sign my shirt??
We would love to! Unfortunately, our racing schedule is FULL and we are not always home to be able to sign anything ordered from the website. You are more than welcome to ask us to sign something for you when you see us in person. If you aren’t able to see us and want something signed, all of the mini doors are already signed and ready to be shipped!
My shirt is too big, how can I exchange it for a different size?
We aren’t able to process exchanges at this time, but you are welcome to return any unused and unworn items that you bought from us online within 30 days of receiving it. Just email us at email@example.com to begin your return, and then send the item to us at Hunt the Front, P.O. Box 4635, Milton, FL 32572. Once we receive the item, we can process your return and issue a refund.
I need to cancel an order! Help!
If the item has not already shipped, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If the item has shipped already, though, please email us at email@example.com to begin your return, and once you have received the item, return it to us at Hunt the Front, P.O. Box 4635, Milton, FL 32572. Once we receive the item, we can process your return and issue a refund.
I haven’t received my order yet, but the tracking information says it was delivered. What do I do?
Other than decals, we mail everything through USPS with tracking. Once we have dropped it off at the post office, we have no control over how long it will take to reach you or where your package will end up. We would suggest contacting your local USPS office to see if they can give you some more information as they are much more able to track your package down.
I will be near Milton, Florida. Can I pick up my order in-person?
We love meeting our fans, but we only complete in-person sales while at the track. All other orders are mailed. We also aren’t able to bring orders to the track for pickup or process returns or exchanges in-person.
It has been 3 days since I ordered and I still haven’t received my package. Where is it?
We aren’t Amazon (though, we wish!). We handle all our orders in-house, which means that when we are traveling, we aren’t fulfilling orders. We try to ship everything out within 7 days, but sometimes that just isn’t possible. We do fulfill your orders as quickly as we can.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We have shipped all over the world and are always excited when someone orders from a new country. We have recently run into some shipping issues due to boarder closures. If that is the case, we will refund your order and hope that the boarder opens back up soon!
